Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Saint Liora purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return:

Item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn)

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards

Sale items or promotional merchandise

Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

Process: To start a return, email support@saintliora.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order.
